Looking in registry for FSX install path: HKEYLOCALMACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator10.0. Installer for FSUIPC4.DLL version 4.975a. FSUIPC6: Flight Simulator Universal Inter-Process Communication (for Prepar3D V4 & V5 only) FSUIPC6 is an add-in for Prepar3D Versions 4 & 5 which provides an interface for other programs to read and write all sorts of pertinent data relating to the simulation, and in many ways even to control the actual process itself. Then, knowing it's the devices themselves which need uninstalling (not explicitly drivers now), you use Device Manager (one of the Control Panel apps). I was installed FSUIPC4 v4.975a as an administrador notthing the problem continue. If you do this properly it should clear out all references to your devices. I have checked and finally I found some uninstalled drivers (I have uninstalled them by device manager - one of them i didnt tick to uninstall drivers and now im lost by the way to find it, there was like 15 positions? Have ne idea why so many positions of the same device)).
